Beisi serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Network, spearheading survivor care coordination and capacity building. She brings in over a decade of experience in direct service and program leadership, where she has held roles as a counselor, case manager, supervisor and program director. In this role, she also leads the development of internal impact and evaluation systems. Beisi is a licensed clinical social worker in New York. She has a BA from Shanghai Normal University, and an MSW and MPH from New York University.
