Joseph collects and analyzes data on the illicit massage industry, serving both the team’s internal data needs and data requests from external partners. He also assists the tech team on industry prevalence measurements and program impact. Joseph graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Information Science specializing in Cybersecurity and Data Analytics. Joseph has spent time with the DOJ and the DHS on projects involving the tracking and prosecution of human trafficking. He is a motorcycle enthusiast and loves keeping up with current events.
