Steve Vienneau

Chief Partnership Officer

Steve served 22 years with the FBI, leading efforts to combat human trafficking and child exploitation, as well as complex criminal enterprises. Prior to the FBI, Steve was an officer in the U.S. Army. Throughout his FBI career, he led multi-agency task forces, coordinating efforts among law enforcement, prosecutors, victim service providers, and other government and community partners to advance strategies that protect vulnerable individuals and hold offenders accountable.

As Chief Partnership Officer, he oversees strategic collaboration with law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and regulatory leaders to leverage actionable data and practical strategies to dismantle trafficking networks and prioritize victim-centered outcomes.

Steve holds a degree in mechanical engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He lives with his wife and three children in the Pacific Northwest, where he takes every chance he can get to spend time in the mountains.
